4. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Pre-Order 预购/补货商品 : 7-15 Days
Ready Stocks 现货商品 : 1-5 Days

Ready Stocks orders will be processed in the next day of order placement.
Shipping time may depends on your location.
现货商品一律今天下单,隔天发货。每个地区具体的物流时效都不太一样。

Orders placed before 5PM can be shipped out in the same day if there is no special circumtances.
如无特殊情况,每天下午5点之前的订单大概率都能当天发出。


 


5. HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?

6. HOW DOES AREYOUWEARINGME REFUND / RETURNS / EXCHANGES WORK?
请问在什么情况下可以退款退货或退换产品?

Areyouwearingme does not accept refund / returns / exchanges due to hygiene concerns
unless the item you purchase is out of stock, defective or damaged.
Especially sometimes we need to go to many places in a rush just to buy your goods.
不好意思,尤其很多预购确认下单之后都是特地到处找货给宝贝们。
因此除了产品缺货或影响使用,本店不接受任何退款退货。

 

 

 

7. HOW DO I HANDLE IF I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEM?
​如果我收到了损坏 / 错误的包裹怎么办?

If the external packaging of the delivered parcel is visibly damaged:

  • Ask the courier if he could wait for you to check the condition of the products.
    If the courier agrees, check the product and reject the package if it is damaged. You will need to take a picture of the parcel for claiming purposes later.

    若包裹的外观已明显损坏:

  • 询问邮差是否可以等您检查一下产品的状况。
    若他答应,检查看损坏是否有影响到产品的使用。您需要拍照并发给我们用作处理用途。


If the product is found to be damaged / wrong after the courier has left:

  • Report the case within 24 hours via our Customer Service. Late complains will not be entertained.

    若邮差走后您才发现包裹有问题:

  • 24小时之内联系客服处理。逾期则恕不受理。

请问包裹在什么情况下会延误?

Due to a high volume of orders and our precautionary measures taken by us and our delivery partners please expect a delay in the delivery of your order.
Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events or MCO.
订单高峰期、优惠活动时期、节假日、或者一些不可控因素例如天气或行动管制期都有可能造成包裹延误。

*Delivery is only available on weekdays (excluding Malaysia Public Holidays).
周一至周五发货;周末、公共假期不发货,也不会有物流更新。

11. I WAS NOT/ AM NOT AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE MY PARCEL UPON DELIVERY.
请问包裹送到的时候没有签收到怎么办?

Depending on the courier, your delivery may be rescheduled to the next working day.
根据不同的运输公司,您的包裹有可能将在隔天补发。

12. AM I ABLE TO CHOOSE WHAT TIME MY PARCEL GETS DELIVERED?
请问我有得选择包裹的到货时间吗?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer specific time slots for our deliveries at this time.
However, once your order has been shipped, you may reach out to our courier partners to see
if they can arrange a delivery during your preferred time slot.

13. CAN I COLLECT MY ONLINE ORDER DIRECTLY FROM OUR STORE?
请问可以上门取货吗?

​Yes. We do provide self pickup at 81300, Skudai, Johor. You may click “self pickup” during checkout. Please contact us to get our address.​
Customers are advised to make an appointment one day before collection.
